F1 champion expresses concern about major problem in Red Bull’s future

A former Formula 1 champion has expressed concerns about the future of one of Red Bull’s key drivers.

Currently working as a pundit for Sky Sports F1, Jenson Button shared his thoughts on the team’s situation after facing difficulties during the recent European races.

Despite Red Bull leading both the drivers’ and constructors’ championships, doubts have emerged about their status at the front of the pack.

There is speculation that Sergio Perez, who has fallen to sixth in the drivers’ standings, could be at risk of losing his seat despite a recent contract extension.

Following a disappointing P17 finish at Silverstone where he was lapped by opponents, Perez’s performance has raised questions about his position within the team.

Amid concerns about the team’s constructors’ lead over Ferrari and the Mexican driver’s recent struggles, Button mentioned in an interview with Sky Sports F1 that this is a significant problem that needs to be addressed promptly.

If Perez does not start scoring points soon, there might be a need for a change in the driver lineup to ensure the team’s success in the future.
