Liverpool are expected to add to their squad before the transfer window is over, but what are their Premier League rivals up to?

A busy conclusion to the summer transfer window awaits Liverpool as they prepare for the anticipated departures of Fabinho and Jordan Henderson.

The Reds have agreed a £12m deal with Al-Ettifaq for Henderson, while Fabinho’s £40m departure to Al-Ittihad has become a stumbling block but is still on track to be completed.

Outside of Anfield, other Premier League clubs are looking to expand their squad ahead of another grueling campaign, even as they compete in a huge price market.

Below is a summary of the latest rumors about the Reds’ rivals… Kylian Mbappé’s future has become a major talking point in recent weeks, with the future Frenchman increasingly likely to leave Paris Saint-Germain.

Real Madrid have long been favorites to sign the 2018 World Cup winner, although Saudi side Al-Hilal have made a staggering contract offer to sign the 24-year-old.

However, PSG are anticipating more cash player offers from European clubs.

This was reported by The Independent, which lists Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur as three interested parties.

It is extremely unlikely that the trio can match Al-Hilal’s £259m offer or not, but could drive this price down through the offer of players linked to the deal.

This isn’t the only player Premier League clubs compete for, but Ajax’s Mohammed Kudus has said he is a target for Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.

The Ghanaian attacking midfielder impressed against Liverpool in the Champions League group stage last season and was admired by Everton before the start of last season. It is Chelsea who are currently “leading the race” for the player.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are said to feel they can reward Arsenal from a possible deal, which could cost up to £40m to cross the line.

United could also enter the race for the 22-year-old if he is ruled out of a move for Atalanta star Rasmus Hojlund, who is priced at £86m.

The Red Devils are unwilling to pay that sum and could use Kudus as an alternative transfer option, The Times report.
