Liverpool’s Nottingham Forest line-up has been confirmed, with Luis Diaz absent and Ryan Gravenbirch starting

Full team news and line-up for Liverpool’s Premier League match against Nottingham Forest at Anfield.

Ryan Gravenbirch will keep his place in midfield, with manager Jurgen Klopp reiterating his changes for Liverpool’s Premier League home match against Nottingham Forest this afternoon.

The Dutch midfielder made his third consecutive start and is one of only four players still in the starting XI since midweek’s 5-1 defeat to Toulouse in the Europa League.

Trent Alexander-Arnold will continue to play right defense, while Darwin Nunez, who scored on Thursday, will lead the attack.

With Luis Diaz not in Colombia following news of his parents’ kidnapping, Diogo Jota remains up front on the left flank.


Mohamed Salah came off the bench in midweek and started the attack on the right flank.

Alisson Becker returned in goal, Kostas Tsimikas joined at left-back, and Ibrahima Konate, who was rested on Thursday, was chosen to partner captain Virgil van Dijk at centre-back.

Grafenwerch will play on the left of the midfield trio, with Dominik Szoboschlai on the right and Alexis Mac Allister once again in the number six position.

Substitutes include the young trio Luke Chambers and James McConnell, who played against Toulouse.
