Dexter Bean returns to the Milwaukee Mile along with the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) and familiar partners iiOTec Industrial Automation, based out of Green Bay, WI, and Westby, WI, based Badger Environmental & Earthworks. Bean, also a Wisconsin native, will pilot the No. 02 Chevy Silverado fielded by Young‘s Motorsports. The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 139 and Frontier Property Management, LLC. will also adorn the Young‘s Motorsports entry.
In his last race at the historic Milwaukee venue Bean finished 17th in a DGM Racing fielded entry. Bean‘s most recent race garnished a top 20 finish in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Martinsville Speedway in April 2024, also with DGM Racing.
“It‘s not every day you get to race in God‘s country,” said Bean, driver of the No. 02 Silverado. “We have many local partners supporting us this weekend, that will be in attendance here in our great state, and we‘re hoping for a really strong debut for them with Young‘s Motorsports.”
The NCTS LiUNA! 175 at the Milwaukee Mile will air LIVE on FS1, Sunday, August 25, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. ET. Practice is slated for Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. ET, with Qualifying to immediately follow.
