The problem with working against Cincinnati is the history. Since 1990, only 2.5% of NFL teams that started 0-3 have made the playoffs. The Bengals need to turn the tide. And it’s fast. Cincinnati faces the Carolina Panthers in Week 4. The Panthers won in Week 3 with Andy Dalton in the fourth quarter, but they are still one of the worst teams in the NFL this season.
