Saints QB Derek Carr suffered a groin injury.
The 2-1 Saints face an important game on the road Sunday at the 1-2 Falcons. There’s no reason to think quarterback Derek Carr will miss the game, but he filed his first injury report of the week. Carr participated fully in practice because of a left hip injury. He wasn’t injured until the Week 3 game, when the previously undefeated Saints lost to the Eagles. 15-12. The Saints were held in check by Philly after scoring 91 points in the first two games of the season. Carr completed 14 of 25 passes for 142 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
