The remaining starting lineup for the Daytona 500 will depend on how cars perform in the duels after Chase Briscoe and Austin Cindric locked down the front row of Sunday’s race during Wednesday night’s qualifying. For instance, the inside rows of the race will be determined by the finishing order from Duel 1, while the outside rows will be contested by the competitors from Duel 2. Each duel’s field was determined by the drivers’ qualifying positions from the previously stated session. As is typically the case with races victory, the winners of each duel will not receive playoff points, but those who place in the top 10 of each duel will earn themselves some regular season points.
