The Dallas Cowboys are facing another controversy with one of their latest additions. The Dallas Cowboys suffered a crushing 44-19 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 2 and as a result, the debate has begun as to whether they are Super Bowl contenders or mere stunners with Dak Prescott as their quarterback.

After a convincing win in the opening game in Cleveland, no one expected a similar setback against Derek Carr and Alvin Kamara. Now the Cowboys must prepare for Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens.

However, in a highly controversial story in the NFL, a player has publicly stated that the team’s management and coaching staff sent him to Inered Reserve without just cause.

The Dallas Cowboys and head coach Mike McCarthy confirmed that Jordan Phillips would be placed on injured reserve with a wrist injury. In fact, they responded immediately and signed Carlos Watkins.

The big deal is that a few minutes later, Phillips said he had no wrist injury, suggesting the Cowboys had benched him for other reasons. That was Clarence Hill’s report. Cowboys DT Jordan Phillips said he would be placed on injured reserve but that there was nothing wrong with his wrist.

He said his wrist is fine. It is what it is.

He has to accept the organization’s decision.”When asked about the situation, Phillips was clearly surprised, given that after going to IR he is officially out for at least four weeks.

“Yeah, I’m on IR. That’s a question for them. Yeah. My wrist is fine. It is what it is, I guess.
