Lions quarterback Jared Goff and his wife, Christen Harper, embraced a NASCAR-inspired look for Halloween 2024, bringing a touch of speedway spirit to the Lions’ Halloween celebration.
Christen shared a photo on Instagram on October 28, featuring her and Jared decked out in matching NASCAR-themed outfits.
Jared sported a blue and white jumpsuit complete with sponsor patches and a matching cap, while Christen complemented him in a white and blue jacket, a red top, blue pants, and a sponsor-adorned cap. The couple’s costumes paid homage to the 2006 comedy classic Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, starring Will Ferrell and Amy Adams. Together, they channeled the humorous spirit of the film’s characters.
Known for their lighthearted side, the Goffs brought a playful vibe to the Lions’ Halloween festivities. Goff, often seen as a more reserved personality, embraced Halloween with his signature humor. Last year, he appeared as Willy Wonka, while Christen dressed as Violet Beauregarde. This year, he brought to life Ricky Bobby’s iconic catchphrase, “If you’re not first, you’re last!”
Dubbed the “new king and queen” of the Lions, Jared and Christen shone at the Halloween party as he embodied Ricky Bobby’s memorable line about “waking up and pissing excellence,” adding a humorous twist to the evening.
