William Savalic Will Be NASCAR Full Time Savalich, a native of Eden Prairie, Minn., has competed 13 times in the Craftsman Truck Series with Tricon Garage during his career. He has three top-10 finishes on his resume and won a pole at Talladega Superspeedway this season. “I am proud to drive car no. 18 full-time in the Xfinity Series next year,” Savalic said in a JGR press release. “It’s been a great road for Joe Gibbs. I feel like I’ve grown a lot as a driver over the last few years, especially moving to new series, and there’s still a lot of work to do. I am looking forward to taking the next step in the world of racing.”Taylor Gray in Toyota no. 54 will be paired with Savalic in the Joe Gibbs race.
