The NASCAR.com 36 for 36 continues at Homestead-Miami Speedway. With 36 races and 36 full-time charter cars, players choose one car per race, but there is a simple difference. Once selected, you will not be able to select that car for the remainder of the 36-race season. Yes, that means each vehicle will be selected exactly once. Groups of survivors are chosen with different names. Each week, join our team of selectors with Jayski’s Dustin Albino, NASCAR.com’s Steve Louvender and Cameron Richardson on a season-long journey to demonstrate your ability to think and select like a strategist. 36 also features a fourth “community” for 36 recommendations each week based on fan votes on the r/NASCAR subreddit. Could a collective vote overthrow our state?
Current Standings:

4. Dustin Albino: -117
Race 34/36:Miami
A warm afternoon at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last week turned into an incredibly intense battle. Dustin Albino started the week in second through third, but his favorite Tyler Reddick finished in last place a day later. Points leader Steve Louvender held off Kyle Larson by 27 points, and the biggest winner was the NASCAR subreddit. Their pick, Martin Truex Jr., scored 48 points. This was Dover Motor Speedway’s best day in April. And Christopher Bell led Cameron with 54 points. Richardson. Now numbers 2 through 4 are separated by 8 dots, leaving you with three choices. Homestead-Miami Speedway is waiting for its next selector. With only Martinsville Speedway and Phoenix Raceway ahead, it’s still the fastest track on the schedule. Let’s see how our typists fare.
Jayski Dustin Albino: #5, Kyle Larson
Dustin’s pick last week: No. 45, Tyler Reddick (12 points)
Total season points: 736 (fourth place, -2 since last week)
Dustin: It’s clear that I’ve been cursing a lot of drivers in this space all year. Last week, Reddick was eliminated from the front row after winning the opening round in Las Vegas. So I apologize in advance to Larson this weekend. It’s an easy pick this weekend, but few drivers in NASCAR history have been able to drive within an inch of the wall. Larson usually leads a lot of laps at Homestead and won’t win until 2021. So I’ll probably break the curse with three races left in the 2024 season.
NASCAR.com’s Steve Luvender: No. 45, Tyler Reddick
Steve’s Pick of the Week: #5, Kyle Larson (27 points)
Season Total: 853 (1st place)Steve: Tyler Reddick knows how to ride a high line on a track, as evidenced by three top-5 finishes in four Cup races at Homestead and two Xfinity Series championship wins at the track in 2018 and 2019. It’s no secret that exist. . I think they need strong colors to stay in the championship after being knocked out early in Las Vegas.
r/NASCAR Community: No. 45, Tyler Reddick
r/NASCAR’s pick last week: No. 19, Martin Truex Jr. (48 points)
Total season points: 744 (second place, +1 from last week)
The r/NASCAR subreddit selected Tyler Reddick for Sunday’s race. Here’s what Redditors had to say about their choice this week in the voting thread:
u/Dont_hate_the_8: “Time to reap rewards from Reddick ripping the really high line!”
u/Extreme-Bite-9123: “Definitely Reddick here. Really the only guy who has a chance of beating Larson”
u/NoahGragsonsBarfBag (good username): “Of these three I think the 45 team will put the most into this weekend. Not the say Penske won’t for the 12, but I think Toyota has the edge over Ford for this one.”
u/Joey_Logano (no relation): “Reddick and Homestead go together like Bananas and Mayonnaise aka a match made in heaven.”
