People, a couple’s lengthy journey has numerous turning points. The obvious one, meeting each other, will be skipped. Since 2019, Daniel Suarez and Julia Piquet have been together. They didn’t get engaged until November 2022, though. Fast-forward to last July, when they were married. This was during the two-week Olympic break, if you remember. In order to allow their American friends to attend the wedding location in Piquet’s hometown of Brasilia, Brazil, the couple meticulously organized it during that period. Nowadays, most people would claim that a couple has achieved most of their dreams. However, for Daniel and Julia at least, they were only half of them. After the marriage, the actual objectives started. Additionally, for Suarez and Piquet, next up was building a house together! We have seen how Dale Jr. and Amy crafted a life of love and mutual respect at Mooresville.

Piquet had discussed the next steps for them at her wedding, in addition to sharing her honeymoon plans with Japan. It entails “moving into our new house… We’ll continue to be a solid pair, develop as a team, and go on with our lives,” she had declared. And they’ve finally succeeded after working hard for a while!

Please, a new house for two!

It’s amazing that Suarez, who is from Mexico, and Piquet, who is from Brazil, have found refuge and a place to call home in the United States. For those who are unaware, Suarez relocated to the United States in 2011 to compete in the K&N Pro Series, which is now known as the ARCA Series.

Around that same period, Piquet also relocated to the United States to attend the University of Miami, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management and economics. The couple then met in 2012, a year later! Daniel Suarez then purchased a house in Hunterville, North Carolina, in 2016. This occurred when he was a member of the Xfinity Series. A four-bedroom, magnificent brick suburban house. However, Piquet was still residing in Miami at the time, and sometime in 2020, he and Suarez moved to North Carolina. In North Carolina, the couple has now constructed their first house together. In a recent Instagram post, Piquet included a picture of their house, expressing her pride in their progress. “I moved to North Carolina exactly five years ago today,” she wrote.

“Home” meant several things to me until lately. It was the Monaco home I grew up in. I attended high school in Brasilia, which was my home. After that, Miami felt like home for almost ten years, and now this. My favorite house to date. a house I created from the ground up with my spouse. where each element was carefully considered, chosen, and made a reality. This chapter that I get to call home makes me incredibly thankful 🤍. Their family members and friends were quick to reply with kind remarks. Amanda, the wife of Bubba Wallace, remarked, “Y’all did an amazing job with your home!!!” Piquet is good friends with Amanda. “😍😍😍,” tweeted Kelly Piquet, Julia’s sister and longtime girlfriend of four-time Formula One champion Max Verstappen.

What they had produced left even Daniel Suarez speechless. He even left the comment, “❤️🙌,” on the post. In any case, that’s one post-marriage objective accomplished. Nevertheless, Julia Piquet had previously stated another objective: “…returning to the NASCAR schedule, hopefully contending for a championship.” However, Suarez hasn’t had a fantastic start to the 2025 season. This season, would Daniel Suarez be able to destroy any pinatas? It’s a Mexican custom for Suarez to perform the traditional piñata smash upon his Cup victories. He pulled one following his victory over Atlanta last season, if you remember. and following Ross Chastain’s disappointing season. In the 2024 playoffs, Suarez defeated Trackhouse Racing by himself. achieving a strong P12 at the end of the season. Naturally, the team owner Justin Marks and Co. had big hopes for 2025 as well.

However, the season hasn’t gone as Suarez had hoped. He has only finished in the top 10 and top 5 in the eight races thus far. Josh Berry ultimately overtook him, and the #99 driver had to settle for a P2, even though he had a chance to win Las Vegas. Suarez has essentially remained outside the top 15 except from this. Bristol is the next stop, and it’s no secret that Saurez hasn’t performed well on short tracks, particularly Bristol. He finished P31 in his most recent race here. Nevertheless, he has hope for the weekend: For us, this will be a useful test. We had a terrible time in Bristol last fall. We advanced in the playoff race, but we didn’t run as well as we wanted to run. I know Trackhouse Racing and my team have put a lot of work into prepare for Bristol, and I hope we see the results on Sunday.” What do you think, folks?
