The Titans were busy on Wednesday. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport first reported wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins being traded to the Kansas City Chiefs for a conditional fifth-round pick. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero then reported that Tennessee was trading linebacker Jerome Baker and fourth-round pick Ernest Jones IV.
