Kaulig Racing has officially announced Ty Dillon as the full-time driver of the No. 10 Cup car for the 2024 season. This move follows Dillon’s part-time stint with the team this year.
A NEW CHAPTER FOR TY DILLON
Dillon, a veteran driver with 164 Cup Series starts, is eager to lead Kaulig Racing’s expanded efforts.
“I’m thrilled to join Kaulig Racing full-time,” Dillon said. “We’ve built momentum this year, and I’m excited to take it to the next level.”
NO. 31 CAR NUMBER RETIRED
In a surprising move, Kaulig Racing will retire the iconic No. 31 car number, opting for the No. 10 instead.
“The No. 10 holds special significance for our team,” said team owner Matt Kaulig.
STRENGTHENED ALLIANCE WITH RCR
Kaulig Racing has also deepened its technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing (RCR), bolstering its competitiveness.
“RCR’s expertise will be invaluable in our pursuit of success,” Kaulig noted.
INCREASED EXPECTATIONS
With Dillon at the helm and RCR’s support, Kaulig Racing aims to make a significant impact in 2024.
“Ty’s experience and our enhanced alliance with RCR position us for a breakout season,” said team president Chris Rice.
Kaulig Racing’s 2024 plans are now set, with Ty Dillon leading the charge.
“Next season can’t come soon enough,” Dillon said.
