This weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway, Rural King will decorate Noah Gragson’s No. 4 Ford Mustang Dark Horse, marking the start of a three-race major sponsorship deal. Additionally, on April 27 at Talladega Superspeedway and on May 18 at North Wilkesboro Speedway, Gragson will pilot the Rural King No. 4 Ford during the NASCAR All-Star Race celebrations. “I can’t wait to return to Bristol, but I’m even more thrilled to have Rural King join the team,” Gragson remarked. “Introducing a new partner to the sport is always fantastic. I’m incredibly excited to get to know the Rural King community as we begin the collaboration with a store visit. Everyone is going to have a great time this weekend.
With the new collaboration, Rural King intends to establish a connection with its customers and staff, particularly with a store in Bristol, Tennessee, which is near to the NASCAR Cup Series event site this weekend. Steve Barbarick, President & CEO of Rural King, stated, “Our collaboration with Front Row Motorsports and NASCAR is an exciting new chapter for Rural King.” “A lot of our clients and staff members are ardent NASCAR supporters, and this is a fantastic opportunity to engage with them via a shared interest. Since we live in Bristol and have a Rural King store nearby, this race holds particular significance for us. We’re thrilled to see our logo on the vehicle and are looking forward to supporting Noah Gragson as he represents our town on the racetrack.”
The NASCAR circuit’s Bristol track is among the most thrilling, and Gragson is anticipating this week’s race at “The Last Great Colosseum.” Gragson remarked, “Bristol is undoubtedly one of the most intense tracks we go to.” “You’re side-by-side, sometimes three-wide, and in traffic all the time, so even though it’s one of the slowest in terms of speed, it feels the fastest because everything occurs so fast. It’s crazy. Even when you believe the car won’t stick, it does. Every lap is an absolute excitement. While discipline is necessary, patience is not.
It’s time to go from lap one. You will be absorbed if you do not take action early. Even with a well-thought-out strategy, you won’t truly know what you have until you get on the track and observe how the traction and grip compound function—whether the bottom moves up or down quickly. Bristol Motor Speedway will host the Food City 500 on Sunday, April 13 at 3:00 PM ET. FOX Sports 1, the Motor Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Channel 90) will all broadcast the event.
