Race Day’s 6-year-old son, trained by Saffie Joseph Jr., is fresh off a decisive 5¼-length win in the Ghostzapper (G3) on the Curlin Florida Derby (G1) undercard on March 29. The 2022 Florida Derby and 2023 Breeders’ Cup Classic (G1) winner made a spectacular start to his 2025 campaign on January 25th, winning the $3 million Pegasus World Cup Invitational (G1) by 6¼ lengths. White Abarrio of La Milagrosa Racing Stable LLC, Gary Barber, and C2 Racing Stable LLC are being targeted for the Metropolitan Handicap (G1) on June 7 at Saratoga. This will be the third Met Mile attempt for the $6.9-million earner after finishing third in 2023 and fifth in 2024.
