Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni was photographed with some of his new recruits at an iconic local Philly cheesesteak on Thursday.
Sirianni took his new coordinator and quarterbacks coach to Gino’s Steakhouse in Philadelphia.The Eagles hired former Los Angeles Chargers offensive coordinator Kellen Moore to lead the offense and former Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. Philadelphia also hired Doug Nussmeier as its new quarterbacks coach after holding the same position with the Chargers and Dallas Cowboys.Sirianni has shaken up his coaching staff after a disastrous finish to the 2023 NFL season.
Moore, 35, replaces Brian Johnson, who was fired as Philadelphia’s offensive coordinator after a season-ending 32-9 playoff loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In addition to being the Chargers offensive coordinator last year, Moore also served as the Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator from 2019-2022.Fangio replaces fired defensive coordinator Sean Dezay, who was stripped of player duties amid the Eagles’ struggles last season. Desai replaces Jonathan Gannon, who left as Arizona’s head coach after Philadelphia lost in the Super Bowl last season.
Fangio, 65, has served as defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, San Francisco 49ers, Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins. Fangio served as head coach of the Denver Nuggets from 2019 to 2021.
