The Eagles could add interesting depth by signing two All-Pro wide receivers.

The Philadelphia Eagles offense should be considered one of the best in football, but that doesn’t mean the team shouldn’t look to add more depth.Philadelphia has two true stars in A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. The Eagle team now has another choice for the recipient – Paris Campbell and Johnny Wilson.

Even if this is the case, it might make sense to consider adding a little more depth. One player who is available and could be significant is former New Orleans Saints star Michael Thomas. The two-time All-Pro is still available in free agency and likely won’t cost too much as he has dealt with a number of injuries in recent years. He played last season and played the most games in a season since 2019.If he is healthy now, he could be a cheap option with high potential to add in Philadelphia. Both Brown and Smith can play all over the field, but will likely be deployed in long situations. Thomas specializes in shorter routes and can run the middle of the field while Smith and Brown are on the outside.

Thomas was once arguably the best receiver in football, but injuries have taken their toll. He had 125 tackles in 2018 and 149 in 2019 before the injury. He may not be at that level anymore, but the Eagles don’t necessarily need another All-Pro with both Smith and Brown on the roster. Landing Thomas could ease things up for Smith and Brown while giving Jalen Hart another shortstop option. Why not give him a short trade option?
